Our estimate process includes a detailed inspection of your house, site and/or remodeling plans, as well as a thorough personal interview that draws out all of the details needed to give you the most accurate estimate possible. Desired budget and timeline also play a role in determining the estimate. We include details such as type/size of windows, type of fixtures, flooring, etc., so that you know exactly what the estimate includes.

Once the project starts, any changes made to the plans are handled with a "change order" which will reflect the difference in costs.
