Amherst Construction provides its customers with a thorough project process that
helps manage the construction from start to finish. Steps include the following:
- Project Definition Projects start with an interview. We take the time to review
your vision for construction, and consider your budget and timeline.
- Design We plan and design the build using various technologies, including a
3-D architectural program that lets you see the planned build before we start. This also
helps us estimate the materials and labour for the project.
Note that Amherst Construction supports Boulder Green Points Program
and encourages the use of green building practices in the design of our customers' projects.
- Project Plan Once the design has been settled, we use project management software
to track and communicate each of the steps in our build to our customers.
- Permits Amherst Construction handles the entire permit process to ensure
compliance with local and international building regulations and codes.
- Construction We work hard to keep our quality high and our projects on time
and within budget. Each day we end with a cleanup routine designed to meet customer's
specific needs.
- Followup Amherst Construction is dedicated to quality and service. We make
six-month followups with our customers to make sure everything remains in order and
in high quality.
- Guarantee Amherst Construction guarantees its construction and labor for one full year after construction is complete.
